1. Recruitment:
1.1. Implement recruitment activities.
1.2. Monitor recruitment status to ensure achieving department KPI.
1.3. Deploy activities to attract talent.
1.4. Utilize job posting services.
2. Implement activities regarding employee relations.
3. Deploy activities to retain talent.
4. Coordinate with related department to make training plan.
5. Supervise HR operations to ensure in compliance with laws and regulations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the same position especially for recruitment in Manufacturing Company (Size: >100 employees)
2. Education: Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field
3. Language: Good command in English
4. Ages: 27 - 35
5. Other requirements:
• Microsoft Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Interviewing, logical thinking, analytical & communication skills
