Human Resource Director (HRD)

• Strategic HR Management:- Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.- Provide expert HR advice and counsel to senior management on a wide range of HR issues, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance.- Lead the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company values and legal requirements.- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.- Build and lead a high-performing HR team capable of delivering exceptional results. - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.• Developing a corporate culture- Participate in the development and orientation of corporate culture.- Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Learning & Development:- Research, develop, and manage training programs, career counseling, and human resource development.- Work with the HR team to develop employee training plans to meet the department and company's training objectives.• Compensation and Benefits: - Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. - Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.• Legal and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.- Ensure and improve legal compliance in human resource management. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
