- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
- Maintain and updated and complete set of job description and job specification for each position in the Company.
- Recruiting planning and execution based on company objective.
- Manpower Planning and Control. Prepare yearly manpower budgets.
- Analyses training needs in the Company and ensures the preparation and implementation of training plans to meet needs highlighted.
- Monitor Company Employee’s Performance and contract revisions.
- Take full responsibility in all spectrum of personnel functions compensation, labor relations, health and safety, and staff training and development.
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applications.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educations:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR Management or Business Administration is strongly preferred).
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the F&B industry is required for this position.
- Has good knowledge and understanding of local labor laws, PIT, Social Insurance law.
Skills:
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated competency in developing systems, policies, and guidelines to support people management and organizational effectiveness.
- Interpersonal and strategic communication, negotiation and conflict management, influence and problem solving.
- good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness is preferable.
