Human Resource Manager

• Years of experiences: At least 7 years of relevant working experiences, and 3 years of experience for HR Manager;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and related law & policies;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• Business level of English or Japanese skills.

Nice to Have:

• Business level of Japanese skills;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
• Worked in Japanese companies and IT field;
• Installing new systems, or software for the business.
