Responsible for the management of office supplies;人力资源方面:1、 协助总经理好人力资源工作的规划,建立、执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度;2、根据业务发展需求,协调、统计各部门的招聘需求,编制年度/月度人员招聘计划3、做好各岗位的职位说明书,并根据公司职位调整组要进行相应的变更,保证职位说明书与实际相符;5、建立并及时更新员工档案,做好年度/月度人员异动统计;(包括离职、入职、晋升、调动、降职等)6、对试用期员工进行培训及考核,并根据培训考核结果建议部门录用;7、协助拟定部门薪酬制度和方案,建立行之有效的激励和约束机制;8、负责报批员工定级、升职、加薪、奖励及纪律处分及内部调配、调入、调出、辞退等手续;9、其他突发事件处理和领导交办的工作。行政方面:1、做好综合、协调各部门工作和处理日常事务;2、负责公司通用规章制度的拟定、修改和编写工作,协助参与专用标准及管理制度的拟定、讨论、修改工作;对文件中的重要事项进行跟踪检查和督导,推进公司的管理;3、搜集和了解各部门的工作动态,掌握全公司主要活动情况;4、负责召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议,跟踪、检查、督促会议的贯彻实施;5、监督执行规章制度和劳动纪律,处理员工奖惩事宜。6、负责公司办公用品的管理;
