Job Description• Manage the HR Department in a professional way.• Contribution to the effective achievement of the HR team's objectives, with particular attention to compliance with applicable policies, deadlines, annual cycles, and emerging business needs.• Consult the Management on all issues relating to HR to comply the current and future laws and regulations.• Ensure the compliance with applicable law and regulations.• Implementation of the company's HR policy, including the management of recruitment processes and candidate selection.• Representation of the Company in personnel matters.• Be responsible for recruitments for the Company.• Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.• Co-ordinate and plan employee training (both internal and external).• Monitor and report on HR-specific indicators (KPIs) and implement appropriate actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or Law. Other relevant fields will also be considered.• Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and writing.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of VN labor law.• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.• Demonstrated ability to directly manage, coach and develop team members.• Strong experience in working with government’s authority.• Strong experience working within international organizations, including collaboration across global HR structures and talent processes.• Good organization skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage.Job benefits- Entitled to health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance benefits as regulated.- Annual leave as regulated.- Work computer provided.- Friendly, dynamic and harmonious working environment.
