Design and operation of evaluation/promotion/compensation system- Evaluation/Promotion/Compensation System Issues Discovery and Improvement Plan- Evaluation operation (performance evaluation, competency evaluation)- Compensation operations (fixed salary, PI, allowances, benefits)- Promotion Operation (Regular Promotion)Job system design/operation- Management of job system (establishment, abolition, integration, separation, etc.)- Update job description details- Job fit monitoring- Job-based HR system design Talent Management - Verification of Excellent/Key Talent Selection- Establishment and execution of talent development plan- Establishment/implementation of talent management and career promotion plans Organization Design/Operation- Human Resource Development Committee Planning/Operation- Organizational/Leadership Diagnosis and Issue Identification- Organizational Design Propos

- University graduated or higher- At least 5 years in HR experience- Advanced Korean Communication (Required)- HR Strategic Planning Expertise- Leader Pipeline Management Expertise- Compensation/Welfare/Performance Management/Job System Design/Operation Expertise- Identify HR trends and retain knowledge- (Preferred) Global corporate HR work experience
