- Manage recruitment activities and deploy activities to attract talent.
- Manage activities to retain talent and employee relations.
- Manage compensation and benefit.
- Manage general affare activities.
- Build training plan and manage the implementation of training plan as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each training course.
- Set up strategies for HR&GA department to achieve company objective.
- Set up department KPI and manage performance of HR&GA department to achieve KPI’s target.
- Coordinate with related department to deploy employee yearly evaluation.
- Prepare and control budget of department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in manufacturing company (Size: >100 employees) and at lease 2 years experience in manager level.
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is preferable.
- Good management skills such as analytical skills, problem solving skill, leadership skill.
- Languages: Good command in English
- Male or Female, 33-40 years old.
