• Assist to place advertisement of vacancies positions (internal & external).
• Screen candidates, issue application form to the candidates before interview.
• Handle the internship application with all departments.
• Conduct reference checks (if any). Contact candidates for interview.
• File all candidates’ CV as per departments and update the master file.
• Making offer letter to new staff.
• Support new staff in arranging locker, making nametag, ATM, …
• Take part in organizing all staff activities at HR department: Monthly recognition Day, Children Day, Year End Party, Women’s Day…
• Receive the phone calls and take messages if necessary.
• Provides clerical support to HR department daily.
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Participate in training and developing courses organized by the department and the hotel.
