1. HR Strategy, Policy and System Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems in line with the resort’s objectives and standardized HR practices
- Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance and best-in-class practices
- Act as strategic advisor to senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development
- Prepare and manage the HR department’s annual budget
2. Human Resources Operation Management
- Oversee the administration of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, statutory requirements, and corporate policies
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting in line with corporate and audit standards
3. Recruitment and Talent Development
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all departments
- Build strong partnerships with universities, hospitality schools, and recruitment agencies
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, service quality, and leadership capabilities
- Drive succession planning and career development to build a strong internal pipeline for future leadership roles
4. Employee Relation and Workplace Culture
- Create and maintain a warm, inclusive, and respectful work environment that promotes open communication, collaboration, and fairness
- Serve as a mediator for employee grievances and conflicts, resolving issues promptly and fairly
- Implement recognition programs, team-building activities, and host engagement initiatives to boost morale and performance.
- Ensure adherence to ethical conduct and support a “Zero Tolerance” approach to harassment or misconduct.
5. Host Residence Management
- Oversee the daily operation of the host residence, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Manage occupancy, facilities maintenance, and budgets for staff accommodation.
- Implement and enforce rules, regulations, and community guidelines for a harmonious living environment.
- Partner with engineering, security, and housekeeping teams to maintain facilities.
6. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services.
- Set departmental objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development of HR hosts.
- Ensure the HR function operates with integrity, efficiency, and service excellence. Represent the HR department in senior management and owner meetings.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese nationality (local hire only)
- Minimum 10 years HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Director in 5-star hotel/resort
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (Postgraduate is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of employment law & HR compliance
- Strategic thinking, strong organization & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, agile and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
