Reports To: Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for full-cycle of recruitment activities
- Be in charge of conducting induction and orientation to new hires
- Arrange all documents needed to welcome newcomer/ handle exit clearance to resigned employees
- Collect monthly payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records and do the payroll to process payment to employees
- Take care of submitting the necessary reports to Labor, SHUI, PIT, etc. to relevant authorities
- Support and coordinate to organize company events
- Observe and manage the administrative operation
- Purchase the necessary stationeries, water, etc. (if require) and support to follow monthly expenses
- Report all HR issues and activities to Line Manager
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Human Resource management, English, Law, or related fields
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- Proven three (03) years of experience working at the same position
- Strong English
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Honest, detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude
- Time-management skills
Computer: Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Other Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Able to work in team or independently
- Flexible mindset and Can Do Attitude
