Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies to attract the most qualified candidates for vacancies position
Analyze the hotel manpower requirements
Coordinate with the related managers on the recruitment of qualified personnel based on approval of General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
Conduct recruitment and exit interviews
Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with recruitment agencies/ sources
Team Management:
Interview, select and recruit direct reports
Identify and develop team members with potential
Conduct performance review and issues that arise within the team
Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
Compensation and Benefit:
Manage personnel programs such as employment compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee recognition programs, etc. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture.
Review, revise and newly develop policies and programs for HR management
Update legal changes and ensure the compliance of HR activities with the Hotel regulations and Government’s legislation.
Carry out C&B surveys for designing the competitive compensation and benefit scheme to retain talent.
Preparing & control HR budget regarding recruitment expense, salary, allowance, incentive, bonus and other benefits.
Training and Talent development:
Conducting orientation & induction training courses, specialized language trainings and other internal/ external trainings (OSH, leadership competency, First aid training, etc.) to support the hotel operations.
Analyze training feedback and training assessment to identify area for improvement.
Other duties:
Organize and support all internal hotel activities (DWS Heyday, Quarterly birthday celebration, Summer outing, Team of quarter outing, Family day, Bazaar day, Charity trip, DWS Christmas day, Staff party, Worker conference meeting, Trade Union meeting…)
In charge of coordination of bi-annual HR assessment, Employee Survey
Maintain good working relations with all departments and all external contacts: government officials, labor, tax, immigration, human resources associations.
Review and update all the policies/ procedures other human resource materials
Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and act in an advisory capacity to department heads in such process
Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure that all are complying with the labor law, internal company regulation, labor collective agreement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience of Human Resources Management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player and builder
- A motivation and self-starter
- Well – presented and professional groomed at all times.
