Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training and development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and performance management systems to support organizational objectives..
• Partner with management to foster a strong organizational culture, employee engagement, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, reporting, payroll, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Oversee and optimize administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate studies a plus).
• 08 years of senior HR/hospitality management experience.
• At least 3 years as HR Manager in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable with a “hands-on” and “can-do” attitude.
