About the Role:
Fusion Original Saigon Centre—A Home for the Daring—has been a bold force in Ho Chi Minh City’s hospitality scene for three years. As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll champion our core values of Well-being, Natural, and Originality by refining Human Resources systems, policies, and training programs. This position is responsible for implementing effective and efficient day to day training, communication, administration and reporting, to and between the hotel’s departments and individuals, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen Human Resources systems and policies, aligning with Vietnam’s labor laws and our daring, original vision.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a productive and motivated workforce.
• Develop and maintain a competitive salary structure while ensuring cost control and balanced payroll management.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance productivity, review policies, and align Human Resources strategies with business goals.
• Manage departmental operations efficiently, leveraging technology and fostering employee development through training and engagement
• Manage the day to day operations of the canteen. Ensure the quality and service of the supplier reach FOSC standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Demonstrable fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal
- Proven hospitality Human Resources experience with a focus on operational success.
- Strong communication skills, capable of inspiring senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices, trends, and local regulations..
- Expertise in digital Human Resources platforms to drive natural, efficient processes.
