As an HR Officer, you will:• HR Operations: Handle core HR tasks such as social insurance processing, labor contracts, onboarding, and employee file management.• Employee Lifecycle: Oversee and streamline the resignation process.• Engagement Support: Actively contribute to and support various employee engagement initiatives.• Data Management: Maintain and accurately update accident insurance information.• Compliance & Quality: Serve as a key member of the ISO team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.• Digital Transformation: Lead and support digitization projects to integrate and optimize HR tasks within the FAST system.• Report & others assigned tasks

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.• Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Law with HR relevance).• Solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, organizational behavior, and general HR practices.• Proven experience in HR administration and operations, including social insurance, labor contracts, resignation processes, new hire induction, employee engagement support, ISO involvement, and HR digitization efforts.• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Prior experience working with HRIS systems, particularly FAST, is highly preferred.• Good at English skills (intermediate level).
