[Key Responsibilities]1. Compensation and Benefits - Responsible for all compensation processes, including Payrolls, Income Tax, Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance in a timely manner with accuracy. - Collect and submit monthly Fund Request to the Accounting team with strict deadlines. - Update and comply with local regulations on labor, Personal Income Tax, and Statutory Insurances, including all the reports required by the law.- Support employees in Vietnam on annual medical check-up, medical and accident insurance claims under the company regulations.- Manage the implementation of employees' benefits under the company policies.2. Employment and Termination Management- Support maintaining employees’ database and profile (hard copies) to ensure all data is up to date and accurate.- Generate labor contracts and termination letters for all employees, including appendices, salary increase letters, employment letters, or contract renewals, etc.)- Coordinate with HRBPs to provide labor contracts and HR documents when required.- Coordinate with HRBPs & Recruitment Partner to prepare labor contracts and C&B guidelines for new joiners during onboarding.3. Mobility Administration: - Support expats and foreign employees in the onboarding process and during employment. - Coordinate with other departments and third-party service providers during and after the relocation process for work permits, TRC, PIT, etc. to ensure the processes are on track and on time delivery. [Key Relationships]- HRBPs and Recruitment Partner - Line Managers and the employees of the defined support areas- Government Authorities- Third-party vendors (including TAX & Legal consulting firms, mobility services providers, etc.)- Cross-functional teams, including Accounting & Admin, GBS, IT, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong abilities in multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving. - Strong communication skills with a professional & timely manner.- Well-organized, attention to detail, self-motivated, who can work under high pressure and in the fast-pacing environment. - Customer-oriented, approachable, communicative, and thoughtful. - A self-motivated person with "can-do" mindset. - Open to feedback and learning agility.- A great team player with strong collaboration skills, but also can work independently with minimal supervision. - MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: - Strong knowledge in Personal Income Tax, Statutory Insurances, and legal compliance. - University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields. - Having at least 3 years of experience in HR operations full cycle, preferably candidates who have experience in multi-national companies/ organizations. - Language skills: proficiency in English and mother language (Vietnamese) in 4 skills. Other Notes: - This is an external contract that will be signed with a vendor of adidas. - Period: 12 months, with 2 months of probation included.- Terms & Conditions: renewal after 12 months, depending on job performance reviewed by the line manager. - Social insurance and other C&B benefits follow the policies of the vendor and Vietnam's labor law.- Competitive salary package with 13th-month salary guaranteed.- A lot of sports activities and employees' events are sponsored by the company. - Learning & Development Opportunities in different areas
