Key Responsibilities:- Key point of contact for all employees and management team to provide administrative supports- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.- Prepare HR-related reports and figures as required by local authorities.- Supporting Manage monthly payroll processing.- Manage recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and hiring new employees.- Responsible for monthly/annual HR, Insurance, PIT reports…- Forecast and control all HR and Operation budget monthly/quarterly/yearly and report to Head Office.- Collect and organize invoices and related documents for audit and cooperate with Accounting Agent.- Oversee daily office operations including facility management, maintenance and procurement of supplies.- Other duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.- +3 year of experience in HR roles. Have ability for multitasking.- Good command in Mandarin Chinese & English- Experience in Admin and Accounting is advantage- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill- Accountable, trustworthy, and detail oriented- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry or ERP systems is a strong plus.***Benefit:- Attractive salary, 13th month salary, year-end bonus based on business results- Insurance base on labor law regulations- Annual health insurance package, annual travel, lunch allowance, petrol, ...- Regularly trained to improve professional knowledge
