- Referring issues to senior HR associate
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support onboarding procedures.
- Assist in organizing HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

- Requires exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, as you need to communicate with people throughout your organization effectively
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Availability to commit 3-6 months for the duration of the internship
