Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- HR Administration & Paperwork: Prepare letters, and HR documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files.
- Employee Support: Serve as a helpful contact for staff inquiries, assist with onboarding orientation for new hires, and support internal employee events.
- General HR Assistance: Help with data entry, and follow up on various HR tasks and projects in a timely and organized manner.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong desire to build a career in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Extremely detail-oriented, responsible, and agile with excellent follow-up skills.
Proactive learner with a service-minded attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Vietnamese; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
