Your roleLead the HR strategy with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent, while planning the workforce to ensure the company always has the right team ready to meet its business goals.**Workforce Planning & HR Strategy**• Analyze and forecast short- and long-term workforce needs in alignment with business strategy.• Develop an optimal organizational structure and recommend adjustments based on operational needs.• Establish and manage the HR budget (Cost of Labour, training budget, benefits budget).• Set and implement KPIs/OKRs for the HR department.**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for all levels, especially key positions.• Build a multi-channel recruitment network, including employer branding, partnerships, headhunters, and universities.• Optimize the recruitment process to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire.• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.**Performance Management & Employee Development**• Establish a regular performance review system.• Develop training and development plans (TNA, training programs) based on departmental needs.• Create career paths and succession plans for critical positions.**Compensation & Benefits (C&B)**• Design and manage fair, competitive salary, bonus, and benefits structures.• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax processes.• Propose new benefit programs to improve employee engagement.**Employee Relations & Compliance**• Handle labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and legal manner.• Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax regulations, and internal policies.• Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.**Company Culture & Employee Engagement**• Implement corporate culture programs and team engagement activities.• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and drive workplace improvements.
