- Perform works assigned by office Leader.- Prepare design drawings in Auto CAD.- Prepare design calculations along with schematic diagrams- Prepare specifications- Liaise with project team including architects, other engineering disciplines, and client- Project Management of projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENT• University Degree in Heat and Refrigeration engineering (or similar related degree).• Strong knowledge with minimum 5 years related experience in HVAC Engineering design• Intimate knowledge of local codes (TCVN, TCXDVN, PCCC…) and international building codes.• Good command of computer skill: Autodesk MEP AutoCAD & MS office..• Familiar with Revit BIM is an added advantage.• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.• Written and spoken communication skills in English is an added advantage.WHAT WE OFFER• Professional and conducive working environment• Opportunity to have guidance and training in Singapore and /or Thailand• Equipped with a powerful workstation and advanced design software.• Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, following labor law• 5 working days per week (Mon to Fri) with flexible starting time (8am-9am).
