HVAC Engineer - Project Engineer

Objectives of the Position: Supervise works at Site to ensure progress, quality, Safety and most importantly within budget.Task and Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee construction activities and do daily report to ensurecompliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safetyregulationsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensuretimely delivery of materials and service.Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensureaccurate implementation of construct ion plans. Conduct regular site inspect ions and quality control checks to identify and addressany construction/ installation defects or deviations from design requirements;Perform and Manage project documentation following ISO 9001:2015 Standard andprogress reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance followingrequirement by specify projects.Follow up Site Manager’s guidances and collaborate with other team members to develop and implement construct ion schedules, resource al location plans, and riskmanagement strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, staff and workersteam, and regulatory authorities to address project - related issues and ensurestakeholder satisfaction; Other additional and ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisors.
