1. Report direct to Area General Manager.
2. To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment for all matters related to staff hygiene.
3. Control Food Safety Management System procedures and policies and evaluate correct sanitation actions.
4. Follow the hygiene action plan rectification.
5. Track system for control of supplier operating licenses and daily checklist by shift for chiller temperature control and dry store food.
6. Control of dry store food rotation.
7. Checklist of cooking, storage and serving.
8. Regular tour of the house to ensure sanitation or disinfection of all critical surfaces and utensils.
9. Weekly training schedule to involve food handlers to Food Safety training and evaluate of efficiency of training from chemical suppliers.
10. Weekly checklist for Food Preparation, Storekeeper, Cost Control, Stewarding, Food Production.
11. Monthly Food Safety Training Report.
12. Monthly Food Lab Test report.
13. Chemical Supplier Group Audit report.
14. All checklists to be duty completed and filled.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Public Health or a related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards and local health regulations.
