Import Export Executive (Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu)

To manage all aspects of logistics/ warehouse activities of Tam Son’s brand.Quản lý mọi khía cạnh hoạt động của vận chuyển/kho vận của thương hiệu Tam Sơn.* Responsibilities:- Make vouchers, applying HS code, tax code for 4-5 brands in chargeLàm chứng từ, áp HS code, mã thuế cho 4-5 thương hiệu phụ trách- Declare import and export customs declarations on Vnaccs software Khai tờ khai hải quan xuất nhập khầu trên phần mềm Vnaccs- Prepare documents, pay taxes for all non-commercial shipments via CPN (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT…)Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, nộp thuế cho tất cả các lô hàng phi mậu dịch qua CPN (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT …)- Prepare documents and work with state agencies on import permits: CITES, cultural and textile permitsChuẩn bị hồ sơ và làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước về giấy phép nhập khẩu : CITES , giấy phép văn hóa và dệt may- Follow up the arrival schedule to notify BP warehouse/store (flight, customs and domestic shipping)Theo dõi lịch hàng về để thông báo tới BP kho/cửa hàng (chuyến bay, hải quan và vận chuyển nội địa)- Understand the import and export procedures, understand commercial law, incotermsHiểu rõ các quy trình thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu, am hiểu luật thương mại, điều kiện incoterms- Responsible for temporary export / re-import procedures for repaired itemsChịu trách nhiệm làm thủ tục tạm xuất / tái nhập cho các mặt hàng sửa chữaTRÁCH NHIỆM- The dossier must be completed fully and on time related to the shipment progressHồ sơ phải hoàn chỉnh đầy đủ và đúng thời hạn liên quan đến tiến độ hàng về- Responsible for matching jobs and providing information to related BPs: warehouse, accounting, retail, storeChịu trách nhiệm khớp công viêc và cung cấp thông tin cho các BP liên quan: kho, kế toán, retail, cửa hàng- Be responsible for the accuracy of import and export customs documentsChịu trách nhiệm về độ chính xác hồ sơ hải quan xuất nhập khẩu QUYỀN HẠN - Have the right to contact the forwarder to notify and update the order status if necessary.Được quyền liên lạc với forwarder để thông báo, cập nhật tình trạng book hàng nếu cần thiết.- Have the right to contact the Accounting Department to get/deliver documents for import and export workĐược quyền liên lạc với Bộ phận kế toán để lấy/giao chứng từ phục vụ cho công việc XNK- Have the right to contact the Retail Department to update information about ordersĐược quyền liên lạc với Bộ phận Retail để update thông tin về order hàng
