• Register and input data to the in-house freight forwarding management system. • Tracing booked vessel, container itinerary up to arrival at destination. • Updating a tracing documents and sharing it to the all concerned parties including clients. • Updating invoicing lists weekly basis. • Executing a necessary operation service when it comes to invoicing with concerned parties including a client's, its operational service will be processed with In-house system and email, phone call.

• Graduated from university. • 2 - 3 year working experience in Logistics, Import-Export, SCM • Good at English (both speaking and writing). • Ability to communicate professionally via e-mail and telephone. • Advanced skills of MS Office. • Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity as well as strong service culture and customer-oriented attitude
