Weekly meetingFreight solution: Import biz (Seafreight FCL/LCL; airfreight; train; trucking)Documentation: Check docs, send HBL to consignee check & get confirmation, upload manifest on VNSW systems, issue arrival notice & send it to consignee, advanced payment of the local charges, issue delivery order & DN, manifest amendment.Customs clearance: Follow import and export shipments. Handle customs clearance. Report shipment status to customers. Check and update new import and export policies to customers/agentsTrucking: Market trucking cost update to customers/agents. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with at least 3 years of management in a similar position.Strong understanding of air/sea freight processes, import/export marketExcellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused mindsetAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
