- Follow up schedule of vessels to ensure inbound procedure meet deadlines, included uploading manifest to customs website, all steps to issue Arrival notice to customers before vessels arrive. - Handle related tasks in Cosco' system then Cosco Head Quarters can follow up Inbound issues easily - Check & feedback email from loading agent & customer to solve problem regarding import shipments

- University graduated in relevant field - At least 1-2 years’ experience in shipping lines, handling booking container, cargo, vessel - Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit - Good interpersonal & communication skills - Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities - Good command of English and Chinese BENEFITS:- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as Vietnam Law regulation. - 13th month salary - Lunch & parking included - Annual Health check packages and teambuilding - Working hours from Monday – Friday- working time: 08:00AM to 05:00PM - Other benefits will be discussed during the interview - Salary can be negotiable.
