Industrial Engineer Supervisor

1. About the Role:IE Supervisor will have a leading role and be actively involved in the manufacturing andpackaging of finished products in line with customer needs and in accordance withregulatory requirements. This position is responsible for taking a product through fromoriginal idea to production line, ensuring that all technical standards are met and productmakes a suitable profit for the company.2. Key Responsibilities :• Analyze cost of all products and assist to reduce negative discrepancy; plan for strategiesto reduce waste & labor cost in all engineering projects.• Determine & evaluate execution of all projects and administer all methods & proceduresas per required systems & supply standards.• Develop plans for the analysis of smooth flow of factory processes; analyze plans for allwaste elimination from the factory.• Prepare periodical reports, design business plan and carry out all communication withproduction departments.• Keep updated with knowledge of IE procedures and associate with various projects ofmanufacturing in the shop floor.• Keep track of productivity and design various processes to ensure that all procedures arecarried out by following safety standards.• Provide an effectual interface to all departments, design strategies and aid all key staff.• Monitor reporting procedure daily; keep track of regular work activities & ensure allprocesses are executed by considering the financial budget and prepare strategic models.• Team up with Quality in assuring microbiological control of processing, goods, storageand handling.• Assist with equipment installation and project planning.• Deliver training on LEAN manufacturing concept/methodology to related employees.• Mainly handle LEAN initiatives and cost-saving activities with related departments; fosterLEAN culture at factories.
