Working at Ariston Factory in Bac Ninh, from 08:00 - 16:35 from Monday to Saturday.
Have company bus from Hanoi.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop process to meet requirement of new product, include: define process flow, develop new machine, new assembly line and new tool/jig.
- Follow pre-seri running for new product and take lead to solve all process issue relate to new product.
- Define and optimize process/machine parameter to archive both quality and efficiency.
- Create and maintain SOP (Standard of Procedure) for all process/product.
- Take lead in improvement project to improve process efficiency, material efficiency and quality level in factory.
- Participate in problem solving investigation in daily production and define improvement idea to solve those problems.
- Define and maintain traceability system in Ariston
- Manage SAP Routing to define standard time for production.
- Create and maintain Factory Layout. Take lead in re-layout project in factory.
- Maintain all standard in process to comply with WCM system in Ariston.
- Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
- Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
- University/Degree in Technical Engineering like: Mechanical Engineering; Electric Engineering; Industrial Engineering.
- Preferred if have training/certification of LEAN manufacturing; Six Sigma.
Experience: At least 05 years experience as Process Engineer; Industrial Engineer in manufacturing company. Preferred in WCM/Lean manufacturing plants.
Skill:
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Listen-written and oral)
- Can use Word, Excel, Ppt in making report; summary data in table, graph...
- Good communication, integrity and responsible.
- Good at problem solving and analytical skills, able to analyze data/information from different areas of business.
- Time management, able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.
- Good at project management for improvement project.
- Able to use Auto CAD 2D
- Can use Lean tools; six sigma tools; 7 QC tool is a plus.
- Have experience in using SAP is a Plus
