Range of Responsibilities and authorities• Participation in IT infrastructure projects,• Providing support for IT infrastructure, LAN and WAN connections, servers, and mass storage,• Improving and maintaining network infrastructure components and their replacement.• Help Desk team supportEmployee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.Entitlements• Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS-ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS-ISO45001.• Entitle to enter company area besides working hours with approval of Manager.• Access to personal data.• Internal telephone.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Advanced knowledge of Firewall installation, managing and troubleshooting, mastering Fortinet and/or Palo Alto product is a must• Ability to configure and administer network devices: Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi (FortiGate, Aruba, Dell etc.)• Extensive knowledge and experience in TCP/IP networks and network protocols, routing, and mechanisms that increase network reliability and security, Knowledge of VPN and monitoring technologies• Knowledge of tools for solving IT problems• Understanding a wide range of security concepts and standards• Advanced Knowledge of IT system security mechanisms: HIDS / IPS / WAF / DLP, etc., ability to analyze risks, threats, and vulnerabilities• Experience in working with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers• Very good knowledge of English• Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated to bring issues to closure and work-smart.• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills• Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed• Effective time management and organizational skills• Very well-developed communication and interpersonal skills• Mandatory: At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
