ROLE / ASSIGNMENT2.1: New Project:• Budget and establish return investment,• Mold Design verification and validation,• Injection Process definition,• Molds/Material accreditation,2.2: Continuous Improvement:• Optimize injection process,• Define tooling improvement,• Define peripheric improvement,• Implement necessary tools2.3: Production Support:• Trouble shooting• Expertise on issues• Training teams• Safety improvement• 5S3. RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKThe technician ensure:3.1: New Project:• Investment needed,• Mold design match with Siamp Standard• Injection Process stable and reliable• Mold and Material are adapted3.2: Continuous Improvement:• Injection Process optimized• Reliable tooling• Reliable peripheric equipment• Clean and organized environment3.1: Production Support:• Technical support to production teams• Support on trouble shooting solving• Teams well train on all injection processes• Safe Working Practice• 5S program

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Yêu Cầu Công Việc/ The candidate must have:• Experiences in injection molding plastic from 5 years,• Knowledge on mold design and structure,• Knowledge on plastic materials,• Knowledge on continuous improvement methods and tools (Smed, Kanban,5S,etc...),• Able to communicate by English,• Able to use Microsoft office,• Able to use Cad software
