OBJECTIVE:
1. To be responsible to oversee and manage the total employee’s profile, recruit job vacants, this pertains to all areas which support Melia Hotels International philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.
2. To co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in all elements of the Talent Journey including Induction & Onboarding, Adminstration with the objective of providing business support to all departments through collaboration and coaching.
3. To ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Manage training budget
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
OTHERS
• Take care the staff activities within a year

EDUCATION AND TRAINING A certain degree of creativity and attitude is expected.
LANGUAGE Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
English - Good level, written & spoken
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE - Computer Skills, knowledge of SPA
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION) - At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
WORK EXPERIENCE IN MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL (IN CASE OF INTERNAL PROMOTION) - 1 year in the same position in hotels of similar category and services.
