With operations spanning thirteen countries across North America, Europe, and Asia, our teams comprise individuals, much like yourself, who are passionate about sales, renewable energies, technology, quality, and sustainability.Position OverviewPerform pre-dispatch inspections (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections (container loading and unloading) for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, inverters, etc) informing project stakeholders of the progress of the work being conducted.Key Responsibilities• Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.• Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection plan and schedule.• Verify the on-site conditions according to the 5M methodology prior to performing the inspection.• Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist• Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule• Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.• Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.• Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.• Suggest improvements to the manufacturer to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions.• Propose improvement of the inspection methodology.Terms and ConditionsLocation: working on the project site+home-officedType: Full TimeDepartment: Inspection ServicesAbout STS – At the Forefront of the Global Renewable Energy IndustryAt STS, we serve as technical advisors, auditors, and inspectors, empowering our clients - including major renewable energy project developers, owners, operators, and IPPs - to make sustainable decisions for every aspect of their projects.
