Interior QS Staff Cum Site Engineer (CV In English)

• Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.• Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.• Tender Preparation.• Evaluation quotations and estimates.• Keep abreast with the market material price.• General correspondence.• Searching subcontractors and suppliers.• Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirement in terms of specifications and quality.• Plan the related construction works and reports on progress.• Prepare and maintain related project documentation.• Be required to be a representative of the firm in meetings with clients, authorities and sub-contractors. As such, a sound understanding of Vietnamese Building Standards is also essential.• Performs other related duties as assigned.
