Internal Accountant

• Record daily accounting transactions, review invoices and similar in compliance with current regulations.Ghi chép các nghiệp vụ kế toán hàng ngày, rà soát hóa đơn điện tử và các chứng từ liên quan theo đúng quy định hiện hành.• Check and verify payment information, including both international and domestic transactions.Kiểm tra và xác minh thông tin thanh toán, bao gồm cả giao dịch quốc tế và trong nước.• Perform accounting document management and storage.Thực hiện quản lý và lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán.• Assist in handling task within the team and providing timely, accurate, and reliable information to relevant stakeholders as assigned.Hỗ trợ xử lý công việc trong nội bộ team và cung cấp thông tin cho các bên liên quan theo phân công kịp thời, chính xác và đáng tin cậy.• Prepare necessary banking documents and coordinate with banks on related matters.Chuẩn bị các chứng từ ngân hàng cần thiết và phối hợp làm việc với ngân hàng.• Review and process internal expense claims and advance payment documents.Kiểm tra và xử lý các phiếu đề nghị thanh toán và chứng từ tạm ứng.• Support to perform relevant analyses and recommend areas of improvement to direct supervisor.Hỗ trợ thực hiện các phân tích và đề xuất các phần cần cải thiện cho người giám sát trực tiếp.• Other relevant duties as required by General Director and Accounting Supervisor.Những việc khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc và Giám Sát Kế toán.
