Directly report to: Internal Audit DirectorDepartment: Internal Audit Work location: Vietnam Station* Purpose and Scope: main responsibilities:- The Internal Audit Manager will support Internal Audit Director in all the activities of audit planning and leading engagements.* Main responsibilities (KPA): 1. Stakeholder Engagement: - Support Internal Audit Director in communication with all the departments.2. Audit Planning: - Support Internal Audit Department in audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia.3. Audit Engagement: - Support Internal Audit Director in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.4. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.5. Other: - Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Director.* Dimensions:Dimensions include which Departments, Companies, etc.: All Direct staff quantity: YesIndirect staff quantity: No* Decision Making Authority:Decisions have been authorized so approval is not required: NoDecisions require approval: Yes

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.2. Analytical Skills: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.3. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office.4. Attention to Detail: • High level of accuracy and attention to details.5. Communication Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.• Excellent command of Chinese and English.6. Organizational Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.7. Team Collaboration: • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.8. Experience: • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.• Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
