Directly report to: Internal Audit ManagerDepartment: Internal AuditWork location: Vietnam Station* Purpose and Scope: • The Internal Auditor will support Internal Audit Manager in performing audit engagements (both financial and operational).* Main responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Engagement:• Support Internal Audit Manager in communication with all the departments.2. Audit Planning:• Support Internal Audit Manager in audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia.3. Audit Engagement:• Support Internal Audit Manager in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.4. Compliance and Risk Management:• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.5. Other:• Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Manager.* Dimensions:Dimensions include which Departments, Companies, etc.: All Direct staff quantity: NoIndirect staff quantity: No* Decision Making Authorit:Decisions have been authorized so approval is not required: NoDecisions require approval: Yes

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.2. Analytical Skills: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.3. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office.4. Attention to Detail: • High level of accuracy and attention to details.5. Communication Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.• Excellent command of Chinese and English.6. Organizational Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.7. Team Collaboration: • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.8. Experience: • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position.• Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
