We're a Western export powerhouse that's been shipping solid wooden furniture to the US, Europe, and Australia since 2006. We specialize in medium mass market to light premium furniture that gives customers great value for money. We think globally, act locally, and we need someone who gets that.The Reality Check: This isn't a 9-to-5 job. This is for someone who wakes up thinking about closing deals and goes to bed planning tomorrow's calls.What you'll actually do:Month 1-3: Prove You Can Hunt (Probation Period)• Multi-channel outreach: cold calls, emails, WhatsApp follow-ups to furniture wholesalers, importers, retailers, distributors• Target: Generate 15+ qualified leads per month (we'll teach you what "qualified" means)• Master our business: solid wood furniture in the medium mass market to light premium segment that offers great value• Understand that one container ($20K-45K) can turn into 1-10 container orders ($20K-200K+)• Learn our existing 100+ prospect database from exhibitions and 15-20 active monthly buyers• Success metric: If you can't generate leads consistently after 3 months, this isn't for youMonth 4+: Close Like a Champion• Own your pipeline: 10-15 active prospects at all times• Close 3-10 deals monthly (depending on market and season)• Build relationships with buyers who will give you repeat orders for years• Travel to furniture fairs (High Point in the US, Melbourne in Australia) - expenses paid• Negotiate everything: prices, delivery terms, custom specificationsThe Numbers That Matter:• Target earnings: $3k -5k + monthly (base + uncapped commission)• Deal sizes: $20K-$200K+ (yes, we do big custom projects)• Expected close rate: 25% from qualified leads• Activity level: 200+ touches per month (calls, emails, messages, meetings)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORThe Profile:• Viet Kieu who lived/studied abroad OR Foreign national living in Vietnam• Fluent English (you'll be talking to Americans and Europeans daily)• Sales DNA - you've sold something that required real persuasion (not order-taking)• Thick skin - rejection energizes you instead of crushing you• Age 27-42 with hunger to build something bigBonus Points If You Have:• B2B sales experience with international clients• Experience in furniture, interior design, or home goods• Understanding of export/import processes• Your own network of potential buyersRed Flags (Please Don't Apply If...):• You think cold calling is "outdated"• You need constant motivation or micromanagement• You've never sold anything worth more than $1k• You prefer "warm leads only" or "inbound marketing"• You can't handle being told "no" 50 times before getting 1 "yes"COMPENSATION (The Real Numbers)Base Salary: $2k -3k/month (based on experience + commission structure explained during interview process)Growth Timeline:• Month 1-3: $2k -4k/month total (probation + learning)• Month 4-6: $2,5k -5k/month total (ramping up)• Month 7+: $3k - 5k + monthly (if you're good)Additional Benefits:• Annual participation in leading global furniture fairs upon successful performance• Flexible working hours (results matter, not hours)• Real growth path: сrush it in sales → lead a team → run a business unit.
