• Supervise the activities of sales representatives and SEA team in order to meet sales target• Oversee the process to ensure timely supply of order• Ensure the welfare of employees, and that their concerns are noted and addressed• Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing• Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets• Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory• Assist sales director in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings• Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement• Recommend training programs for sales reps and team to improve their work efficiency• Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of a firm.• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)• Prepare reports on account status• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within SEA• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business or management• Experience in clinical trial coordination• Working experience with sales techniques, SEA regional• 5+ years of experience.• Successful track record in sales and negotiation in B2B and Hospital/Clinic center partnership• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills• Fluent English, Vietnamese.• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting• Proven ability to plan and manage resources• Having medical educational background is a plus• Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)• Availability to travel if needed.• Having experience in biotech, genetic testing is a plus
