International Sales Executive

1. New Market Development (Main Focus)- Identify and evaluate potential countries through market research.- Develop entry strategies and sales plans for new markets.- Approach, negotiate, and build partnerships with new dealers; introduce company profile, send samples, and finalize contracts.- Monitor performance, analyze market feedback, and propose strategic adjustments to maximize growth.2. Existing Dealer Management- Manage daily operations with current dealers: order follow-up, production & shipment scheduling, payment checking, and sales tracking.- Propose new SKUs, support sales training, and coordinate promotional or display contests.- Conduct market analysis and visits to monitor distribution, pricing, and competitors’ activities.3. Product Development & Reporting- Gather feedback from dealers and suggest new products or flavors to R&D.- Research competitor pricing and product trends.- Send monthly newsletters to dealers introducing new items and company updates.- Prepare sales reports, monthly OP reviews, annual AOP and NPD plans, and other reports as required
