Internship - Customer Success Intern (Japanese or Korean-speaking)

Last year student or a recent graduate of a College’s diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Able to take a full-time internship (Monday - Friday), with a 3 - 6 month period. Proficiency (verbal and written) in either Korean or Japanese is mandatory. Ability to read English documentation and communicate with the internal team. Relevant language certificates, if available (e.g., JLPT N3/N2 or TOPIK 4/5). Quick learner who adapts easily to new digital tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong "customer service" mindset. Detailed attention, team-oriented environment. Desirables: Interests: A genuine interest in customer support, project coordination, and translation/ interpretation work. Desirables: Experience (Plus): Prior experience in a customer-facing support or client-service role. Desirables: Experience creating and maintaining documentation is also highly valued.
