Investor Relations Officer

1.Board of Directors Liaison:Act as the direct point of contact for the Board of Directors on matters related to investor relations, providing regular updates on investor sentiment, market trends, and shareholder feedback.Coordinate with the BOD to develop and execute investor communication strategies, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual shareholder meetings.Facilitate communication between the BOD and external stakeholders, ensuring that investor inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.2.Investor Outreach and Engagement:Assist in organizing investor meetings, conference calls, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.Collaborate with internal team to develop investor targeting strategies and maintain investor databases.Participate in the preparation of materials for annual general meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows.3.Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and recommendations to BOD.Maintain accurate records of shareholder information, including beneficial ownership, proxy voting, and dividend distributions.Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on shareholder demographics, trading patterns, and investor sentiment.Prepare materials for BOD meetings, including financial reports, market analysis, and investor feedback summaries.
