Take full responsibility for managing the quality of incoming material, support QC Manager manage IQC team, make sure all subordinates work in right way.• Control and ensure incoming parts are compliance with quality and specification requirements.• Ensures that IQC Inspectors conduct inspections according to approved procedures/specifications and inspection plans. Schedules and supervises IQC Inspectors activities.• Tracks the status of incoming materials, ensures computer databases/worksheets are updated and communicated to the appropriate team members, and departments of inspection status.• Maintain the quality of incoming parts and maintain the quality of supplier parts.• Focused on investigation and improvement of quality issues such as specification deviations or processing challenges.• Responsible for monthly report of: Incoming Quality issuing; Supplier evaluation; Non-Conformance.• Support management system of quality to establish, implement and maintain ISO9001.• Work with production and manufacturing teams on quality issues and provide quality improvement suggestion with implementation of quality control program.• Coordinate with SQA/ Procurement to improve supplier quality issues.• Work with R&D team to improve, aligned, modified, specification in the drawing• Be responsible on the work quality, compliance on the legal regulations and company procedures for the employees.• Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health.
