JOB SUMMARYThe ISO Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s ISO and Customer management systems. This role ensures compliance with ISO/legal regulations, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards. The specialist also prepares for and coordinates customer system audits (e.g., FSC, RBA), generates periodic reports, and supports cross-functional teams in driving continual improvement. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong knowledge of Quality Management System, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a manufacturing environment.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. QMS Management• Maintain and improve management systems in accordance with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/RBA• Control documented information (procedures, work instructions, forms, records).• Ensure document control system is properly implemented and updated.• Monitor compliance with internal procedures across departments.2. Audit Management• Plan and conduct internal audits according to annual audit program.• Coordinate cross function teams to prepare and lead for external audits (Customer audits, 3rd party audits)• Follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure.3. Compliance & Certification• Maintain certification validity and coordinate external audit bodies.• Support sustainability and compliance programs such as RBA/GHG• Ensure regulatory and customer compliance requirements are integrated into the management system.4. Training & Awareness• Provide ISO awareness training for employees.• Guide department representatives in documentation and compliance.• Ensure new employees receive QMS orientation5. Customer System Updates:• Take charge of updating/registering according to customer system requirements• Prepare for customer assessments and submit required documentation or evidence• Coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure audit readiness and post-audit corrective actions6. Process Improvement• Analyze KPI performance related to QMS.• Support risk assessment activities and maintain risk register.• Facilitate Management Review meetings and prepare performance reports.• Promote continuous improvement culture across departments.
