IT Application Analyst

Technical Support and User Assistance• Provide support for SAP application within the Supply Chain organization and its external suppliers when required; ensure timely and highly-quality delivery of program coding and support tasks. • Communicate with users to understand their issues and offer clear instructions or guidance. • Prepare documentation such as standard operating procedures, job aids, and support procedures.• Train users on application functionality and recommended practices.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring.• Identify root causes of problems and implement solutions, which may include code debugging and system adjustments.• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.Monitoring, Maintenance and Collaboration• Manage and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity, security, and availability; apply best practices for performance enhancement.• Monitor application performance to proactively identify and address potential issues.• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to support optimal application performance.• Collaborate with headquarters, infrastructure team and other teams to resolve complex issues, implement effective solutions, and enhance system efficiency; engage proactively with users and stakeholders to share updates and gather insights.
