IT Business Analyst (English, SQL, UI-UX)

What You’ll Do:As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business and technology, ensuring the successful delivery and management of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to transform business needs into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and on-track completion. Gather, analyze, and document business needs into functional specifications. Manage project scope, prioritize tasks, and conduct gap analysis. Troubleshoot issues and share lessons learned for continuous improvement. Participate in requirements gathering and design thinking sessions. Analyze user requirements, business rules, and UI design for gaps. Collaborate with IT teams to design and validate solutions. Maintain project documentation like User Stories, RTM, and SRS. Assist in managing sprints and product backlog. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and follow up on action items. Support UAT, beta testing, product demos, and release activities. Address stakeholder concerns promptly. Identify, track, and manage product-related issues. Document and report issue resolution, providing regular updates. Analyze and implement solutions, prioritizing fixes based on risk. Assist in root cause analysis and propose preventive measures. Enforce processes and encourage adherence among team and stakeholders. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements. Other tasks assigned by management level.
