IT BUSINESS ANALYST

New projects: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs/requirements, organizational/operational challenges and translate it into technical documents
  • (Utilize BPMN to create clear and detailed process models, workflows that accurately present current and future state processes.
  • Build and maintain detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to turn business requirements into actionable specifications. 
  • Support in developing and review wireframe from development team.)
• Evaluate current business process to identify opportunities for process streamlining or system improvement. 
• Collaborate with system development team and project team to design a solution for business requirements. Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible. 
• Work with operational team to review the product, ensuring that the application meets the aligned requirements. 
• Prepare and issue user manuals for technology products. 
• Knowledge of performing manual test of the features and system-generated report is a plus, document bugs/issues to work with development team on solutions.
• Prepare statistical report to assist decision-makers in choosing the most suitable programs. 

Current operating system: 

• Provide guidelines, day-to-day technical support 
• Assist technical difficulties and track ticket progress to notify end users; working with developers when necessary 
• Create/Maintain documents as needed
