IT Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories. Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and other documentation such as Use Cases, User Flows, Wireframes, and Acceptance Criteria. Act as the main communication bridge between client, business users, and the technical team (Developers, QAs, Designers). Support testing activities and validate deliverables against requirements. Document workflows, processes, and system features. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help users verify that business needs are fulfilled. Support the Product Owner or Project Manager in defining scope, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
