- Report directly to the supervisor(s) and product owner if required- Responsible for closely working with the client/product owner to clarify and analyze thebusiness requirements- Research and develop concepts and business objectives to provide effective solutions forproducts- Use UML to model the defined features, use cases, system workflow, and other necessarydiagrams- Design the application mock-up/wireframe- In charge of writing documents of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc..- Define the quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctionalrequirements- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensurethat the requirements were interpreted correctly- Serve as the internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements needclarification- Support in testing and verifying bugs/issues of the products- Provide the application manual to users and train staff on how to use the new application.

- At least 3 years of work experience as an IT Business Analyst of enterprise systems.- Proficient in English communication, writing, and reading skills- Bachelor of IT Software, Information Systems, or Business- Have profound knowledge of the software development process, especially softwarerequirement analysis- Good UI/UX knowledge and experience- Good presentation and client relationship skills- Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills- Experience in UML design and data modeling- Background technical knowledge- Excellent at using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest, and prudent- Hard-working and ready to work in a pressure environment to meet the timeline.
