Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruiting.Decent knowledge of the IT industry.Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.Strong recruiting skills (creating job descriptions, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...).Language: English is priority. If your English is not good, BMBSoft will help you to improve your skillsGood at MS office and computing skills
